I just got done with a kick ass production of a new rock-musical called L(y)re that took place over at Ars Nova. It was a modern retelling of the Greek relationship myths, centering on Orpheus/Eurydice, Narcissus/Echo, and Cupid/Psyche.
Written by the fabulous Christopher Pena, directed by the uber talented Mary Birnbaum, and with rocking music by the unbelievable Melissa Lusk.
I'll post some photos as soon as they come in. But it was a crazy awesome blast to get to be a part of. With a sick and super talented cast.
